We believe that SISP will bring new perspective of economic development in Burundi.

It was our pleasure to evaluate our pilot project “Social Initiatives Support Project” last monday 5th February 2018, we realized that we have been able to support by capacity building coaching sessions on key organizational development topics, Organizational restructuring support and Communication support to 82 social initiatives (nonprofits and social entreprises) in 4 provinces of Burundi: Muyinga, Gitega, Bubanza and Bujumbura.

Resultats from that project has been an inspiration of the team of young trainers and coaches, on the photo, to be involved a lot where they decided together to run that project as a program for next 10 years with a partnership of 6 Burundi based organisations: Office Burundais de l’Emploi et de la Main d’oeuvre “obem”Innova GroupParc des Jeunes EntrepreneursEducation Source du Bien Etre and World Merit Burundi that are ready to start and others organizations are also invited to be involved.

Thanks a lot U.S. Embassy Bujumbura, Burundi for their support ,via BurundiUSG Alumni Association, to this pilot project coordinated by Our CEO as a 2016 Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders alumnus with Alumni engagement grant. I confirm that this new program is a resultat of your strategic support to Alumni actions.

As a Call for action, I invite all organizations with Youth development and Employment programs in Burundi to support this big consortium of Burundi based organizations committed to bring the change in the community through raising capacity of local initiatives start, develop and grow innovative ideas for a collective Impact especially job creation for youth.
